TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO FEEL LIKE THIS ON THE REGULAR, WHO HATE THEMSELVES FOR WHATEVER REASONS DON'T. YEAH SURE IF U WANNA CHANGE YOURSELF THEN DO IT SUCH AS LOOSING WEIGHT OR MAKING YOUR SELF BETTER THEN DO IT. EVERYONE SHOULD STRIVE TO MAKE THEMSELVES THE BEST THEM THEY CAN BE. BUT DON'T LET THAT IDEA CONSUME YOU. IT'LL DRAG U DOWN AND MAKE YOU MORE UNHAPPY. IT'LL PUT MORE STRESS ON YOU AND BECOME SOMETHING THAT YOU WISH U HAD NEVER STARTED. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, YES STRIVE TO MAKE YOURSELF HEALTHY, GET BETTER GRADES, WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO TO MAKE YOURSELF BETTER. BUT DON'T TURN IT INTO AN OBESSION. LEARN TO KNOW THAT YOU'RE ENOUGH IN EVERYWAY, WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS VERY GOOD AND ENOUGH, DON'T LOOK AT OTHERS AND COMPARE. AND MOST OF ALL IF ANYONE TELLS YOU OTHERWISE DON'T BELIEVE THAT BS.
