11th Amendment: Any attempt to, in any way, deprive a citizen of any of the previously mentioned rights will be considered treason and is punishable by death.
I would make the 2nd amendment clause a little less ambiguous. Though I think it's easy to understand within the historical context; just a flat reading of it (without knowing other facts) is a little confusing.
