I did that in survival and then went to creative to take the picture

I do not have a blueprint

But I can tell you the materials

For the roof the balcony Archway and the pillars holding up the crooked part Are nether brick stairs and their block variant

All windows are panes

And I used black stone bricks for the walls and their wall variant for the fences and stuff like that

Are used quartz Slabs and stairs to make the balcony and their block variant for the floor

And if you’re going to put a Campfire in the house I advise using a soul campfire it looks better

Now if you look very closely at the picture You could replicate the build
