Yeah, I wanna play minecraft with normal volume, if i turn off ambience i will feel like the game isnt as adventurous

ambience turns off cave noises water ambience and nether ambience which isn't actually that much of a change

but it's fine if you don't, but you could also simply listen to every cave noise there is in a video where it plays every single cave noise so you could possibly defeat the cave noises' scariness

or better yet, turn off ambience

Then turn off music in options

I only have jukebox/note block sounds and block sounds on

I just wanna play in FULL EXPERIENCE

But at the same time im scared

Why dont you turn off the ambient/environment sounds. That will solve your problem
