EF1: 86-110 mph (137,6-176 km/h); Roofs severely stripped, exterior doors ripped out and broken windows, cars moved and mobile homes badly damaged. Roofs completely torn off homes, mobile homes completely destroyed, tress snapped, cars lifted off the ground. EF2: 111-135 mph (177,6-216 km/h); EF3: 136-165 mph (217,6-264 km/h); Severe damage to homes, trains overturned, trees debarked, cars tossed and buildings with weak foundations blown away some distance. EF4: 166-200 mph (265,6-320 km/h); Homes completely levelled, buildings with weak foundations blown away, cars thrown. Strong framed homes lifted off the ground, cars thrown very far. A.k.a nothing left. EF5: >200 mph (>320 km/h)
