It makes new arms when a human looks at it's arms. It is reported to kill victims by clawing the victim with it's arms. Victims are reported to have many claw marks that cut into 3.5 inches of skin. It once got so bad that it ripped of a victims arm and died of fatal blunts and blood loss. Once it broke down it's containment door and killed 32 people. Containment procedures are some what short and the Decontamination make's no sense as you say no reason why. Please put M behind the numbers I think it's not a big deal just saying. The description need a little work but it's not bad, however you mixed a incident report with the description. The idea is not bad but need's work and as I read this it sound's more like a high risk euclid, Maybe a keter.

6/10 not to bad but need some work but good for a new writer, keep trying.
