No because Netherite you get in the nether one of the deadliest places on the server the only thing that could beat it would be something in the end and it would have to spawn in one of the end cities with a 0.0001% chance to spawn. (And that is for one piece of armor)

Maybe a new end ore

enderite ingots which you need 4 netherite ingots and four enderite scraps to make one ingot, like netherite.
