DEPRESSION TIPS; i know how hard it is to get up and clean when your depressed,trust me i do. so instead, go and get a spray bottle filled with water, a wrag/loofa, and some type of soap you use (add a towel if you want) use the water to get wett and to soap to clean yourself. its not a permanent replacement but i promise it can help. remember, take your time. its ok to be sad but you cant let it go on forever. it will get so much better. :)
