Though I haven't made a stream at all, people who want to make streams should be allowed to create over 10 streams

Here’s a trick: Make an alt (if you arent in the mood for making an email I recommend using 10minutemail.com), make whatever streams you want, invite your main account to moderate them, and delete the alt. Then, your main will be given owner powers over the stream, and boom! You have over 10 streams owned.
