The pink, yellow, and blue one is Pansexual, the pink, purple and blue flag is bisexual, the pink one is lesbian (a homosexual woman), and the black, grey, purple, and white one is asexual.

Pardon my critisism, but according to what I understand about Asexuality, it means that they CAN feel love, they just have little to no sexual attraction. I believe that the flag you're looking for is Aromantic, but this is just what I understand.
