Well that's what I mean, if the Tenth was actually followed, you wouldn't even need the others. The Founders thought it was redundant to even repeat something that was so obvious to them. How far we've come.

We are on the same page.
Where would we be, had those that believed we didn't need the BOR, specifically because no sane person would attempt to infringe on our rights, because the Constitution gave them no authority to do so.
It's a crazy thought to entertain for sure, and scary too! But that's the main flaw I have with the Constitution; it's not worth the paper it's printed on unless the people in government actual decide to enforce what it says. It sure as heck won't be enforcing itself!

Our founders did not consider themselves gods.
They knew they were fallible and intentionally made it so it could be amended.
Yes indeed. But unfortunately our politicians, and let's be honest (it happens on both sides) find it easier to just maneuver around the Constitution instead of actually trying to amended it. As they say, all too human.
