a decrafting table that would uncraft anything you put in it that would cost xp to use and would brake after a certain amount of uses. you craft it with a anvil and crafting table. and the decrafting screen would be like the crafting table one but flipped backwards

I think you should be able to craft obsidian with a buck of water and a bucket of lava

Well, then you need to add a diamond around the buckets of water and lava so it will be harder to make.

It wouldn't be harder if its one diamond compared to a pick axe that needs 3.
