A cupcake has a lot more than just frosting that makes it different from a muffin...
If you took away the frosting, than the cupcake would still taste disgusting and not taste like a muffin.
And a cupcake has a LOT more sugar than a muffin, and it has fake flavoring, and everything that a disgusting cake has, is in a cupcake...
So a cupcake is just a mini cake, and not a muffin.
And pound cakes, pound cakes are just bread, but with added ingrediants, like sugar.
