When you are editing your meme its on the right underneath where you made your title, there will be a box, click on it, type and click enter and you have a tag. You get a max of 6. Be careful, when you go to type you don't want to leave the mouse pointer right under that area, because if it is scrolled over a recommended tag that pops up while you are typing it and press enter, it will choose the one your mouse pointer is over.
