on one of my survival worlds, i was running out of food, i was trying to do a vegetarian challenge (i couldn't kill animals for food) a wandering trader sold me a single kelp, which i made into a kelp farm, and now i have never gone hungry on that world since.

one time i was going for the xbox achievement for getting all wool colors in survival and i was still in the early game stages so i had no elytra and i knew there was no desert around me and i needed green dye but a wandering trader gave me one cacti for one emerald

Yes. 1 wandering traders life and 2 llamas life for 2 pieces of lead and some leather.

Once i hit his llama and it tried to spit on me and hit the other llama and they kept spitting on each other until one died and it was hilarious.

I only keep the wandering trader I got because he sells glowstone which I use for my respawn anchor

I once traded 1 emerald for 8 sand

For me it was when i was playing in my hardcore world, and i found a trader that was selling nautilus shells which surprised me, considering that i usually get bad stuff

i got a good deal out of blue ice once... and leads.
