I've been there! it's really beautiful, but don't go to germany on the hottest summer on record... trust me, most places don't have air conditioning, I know from experience T-T (just a friendly tip if you ever go...)
It is really beautiful in August as well. Although it was under construction when we went and also water isn't free there and during the days when it does get hot, that lack of air conditioning and lack of places to get water it can be kinda miserable but still beautiful
