The blowout round is basically a round where they try to push you until, either you give up or die (or make it though and do the exercises but it’s close to impossible)
MY PE COACH MADE US DO A EXERCISE VIDEO WHILE HE SAT DOING NOTHING; THE VIDEO WAS FOR EIGHT GRADERS AND THERE WAS 3 VERSIONS OF EXTREMELY TAXING EXERCISES HE MADE US DO THE HARDEST VERSION I NEARLY DIED OF EXERTION ON THE BLOWOUT ROUND
