yeah i get that. but just make sure u hv eaten a meal per day even if ur not hungry. and yeah the cutting the scars r just a burden 2 cover up so like 2 break that habit use a needle or when ever u wanna cut slap a rubber band against u. and the dissing i mean idk. just b aware of when ur gonna diss urself and say a positive counterpart of wht u were gonna say abt urself.
huh ok. well just eat. like at least 1 meal per day. or whever ur hungry. its ok 2 eat. and 4 the cutting idk wht 2 tell u i do it alot also, just don't cut urself in the wrong way. dissing urself everyone does that but like u gotta know that people r usually harder on themselves 4 no reason than on others. so take it easy. and don't get hurt on purpose its stupid.

ok well see.. i am never hungry anymore. i forgot how that feels. and the cutting. i do it tons, and it has started to be a habbit. and the dissing myself. I do it on habbit.
if u keep on thinking like that then u definitely won't be able 2. and like start small. like when u wake up brush ur teeth. do that for a week then add another thing and so on.
