I think that they think you are a homophobe. Listen, we have been fighting the battle for rights for a while now. And for some reason, we associate religion with homophobia. Not all Christians/Catholics/Other religions people are homophobes. We have a lot of rights now, (although we are still struggling with trans rights) I think we kinda forgot to stop fighting so hard. Also when it comes to religion, its kinda an unspoken rule to not mention religion or politics unless you want to get into a fight about it. Its best not to mention it altogether. Besides, remind them that it is your 1st Amendment Right to practice or not practice religion (if you live in America). You do you! No, they don't think I'm a homophobe. I have been in the LGBTQ for a long time and have clearly stated that I am Pansexual. When I first came to the stream I confessed my sex problems and the community helped me. They know who I am. The new people are just too f**king bitchy to respect any form of unpopular opinion or freedom. Besides, it's more than just that. Every post I make or conversation I try to start I get harrassed. Then when I point out something that's true I get a "yeah BUT"

What happened was Easter-BunBun was bashing on muslims and other religions and I told them to stop because it makes them as bad as a homophobe and they played the victim card to say i was attacking their faith when i was just telling them to stop hating on other religions for being homophobic if they dont want people to bash on their religion for being a stereotypical homophobic religion.
