If you sneeze in church and I say 'Bless you' and you don't respond I will keep saying it louder and louder until you are embarrassed. If you sneeze while I'm holding the door for you to enter Walmart and I say 'bless you' and you don't say thank you twice you are double rude. If you say thank you once you are partially rude.
