Well, yes, Indeed, I made it for him, but still, if you made something for someone, it is still technically "yours" and you have some rights over it.

Yeah some rights. You cant technically just force him to take it down. Also he has been using this the whole time and you gave him the rights to post with it yet you still think that you control it entirely? I dont think thats how it works. Just ask him to tell everyone with the template that you made it so that you have credit.
