Being homophobic is a choice. Hating on homosexuals just for being homosexual is a horrible thing. You do realize that the "phobic" doesn't mean a real phobia in homophobia? It means hate in this case, mabe if u did a little bit of googling you could learn what homophobic really means

If someone does not know and they fear what they do not know then that just means they are uneducated on a subject. Homophobia is when people either choose to hate what they dont know, or they hold bigoted "beliefs" that are damaging to the LGBTQ community, so homophobic people choose to hate instead of learn to co-exist with people of LGBTQ

u are correct but u ever wonder y people fear the dark, i think its because they are afraid of what can hide in the dark, and because of what that they not knowing they can't think of a way to defend themself against it so the only answer is to stay afraid, no the cant co-exist with yall is because of that or maybe other reasons like ppl don't like change so a big change like an entire community asking for better rites them regular ppl did yall really think they wouldn't be an issue or even ppl who believe in tradition would especially hate it and ppl that really js hate for no reason have no excuse but maybe they js following the crowd or want a reason to let out anger or maybe js want to bully ppl but my point is that yall arent full of open-minded ppl so the way yall look and handle the situation made it worse hate + hate= hate so nothing would of change js gotten worse but dont get me wrong im nuetral i nether hate yall nor support yall but i've never been a fan of hating ppl for the way they chose to do things so i dont support the homophobs either

I get that we shouldn't be fighting hate with hate, but sometimes people arent in the dark when being a homophobe. They dont fear, they HATE. There is an obvious difference. Hating on someone just because of their identity is what homophobia/transphobia is. There are people scare dog stuff they dont know, but MOST homophobes are people who hate on us. Please just understand that them hating on us and us complaining about it isnt hating them back, its us gays and LGBTQ being sick of homophobic people

If you were reffering to Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists (TERFs) then yeah those people are horrible along with the homophobes

im talking about how initially it wasnt it was all about supporting and empowering women and i didnt mind supporting something like that but in recent time they are more women using it as an excuse to hate men and suppress then but they still are some who are genuine about the original purpose of it

Feminism at its core is a very good and needed thing even today, but people like Kill All Men (KAM) are so messed up and wouldn't be classified as feminists, but radical feminists in general

Homophobia is not about fear, sadly. There's a huge difference: homophobia means that a person hates homosexuals and other sexual/romantic minorities, while other phobias mean that a person uncontrollably is afraid of something. You can't choose what you're afraid of, but you can choose what you hate.
