Rather you're judging every member of a group by the actions of a few, much like racist judge all black people because some blacks are bad, as such your prejudiced. As such you're against freedom and pro anarchy because blue men bad.

Do you actually believe ALL the laws in America are factually constitutional and morally justified?

No, many unjust laws and unconstitutional laws exist as well as individuals violating rights, but judging and entire group for the actions of some follows the same flawed reasoning as many of those laws you complain about.
