Well the foundation doesn't want to kill the scp's (SCP means Secure, Contain and Protect). But, if an scp does become too much of a nuisance AND it can be neutralised, it will be, and it won't respawn or something. But, very rare scp's can be terminated. Go search for scp 682..

so the ones that can die and don´t need any special weapons to die can be killed

Yeah they can, but the foundation holds back as it is an extreme step..

Search for scp-049 (biological), scp-076 and scp 173 (physical) and scp 610 (biological). This is just the surface of the whole foundation (it is fictional, don't take it as real)

so let´s just say , theoretically hypothetically , if an scp can die then would it respawn in the room it is kept or would it respawn at all or would it respawn in a completely different area?
