yes, my school blocks inspect element. in ninth grade i used a special technique. by signing into a gmail account instead of my school account i somehow managed to circumvent the restrictions imposed. that special technique is patched now and my day is ruined until i realized some school computers in my school are running un-managed versions of chrome, therefore i can inspect element here. i used inspect element to deface the school website's page ( luckily it isn't hacking since refreshing will undo all your element inspections ). now i found out that if you toggle developer mode on and off multiple times and sign in to your gmail account, you can basically trick google to thinking your device isn't managed.
