Bacon is too greasy , but if you want that saltiness you could go with the canadian bacon which is a cured ham. One of my favs is Canadian bacon with green peppers, sausage and extra cheese.. oh man, that sounds good right now!

you know , I can't say for sure about New York, I never been there. I am not a thin pizza fan, I gotta have the deep dish when I order. But I can say that every old school Italian that I know and grew up here in Chicago say that our pizza is better than back home for them.
