Most civilized countries share success between owners and workers by organizing unions and associations to give workers rights. USA used to be that way, but they became more globalist and shafted the workers by breaking up unions, on request of the billionaire corporate class. China, a communist country, still allows huge wealth to accumulate but with slightly more people while the workers not only have no rights, the country simply forces them to do what they say.
