No it doesn't, Nintendo would need to talk with Innersloth which is something they won't do since there are so many other bigger characters from bigger companies.
Why would they put some small indie company's game in smash when another company like Capcom with more iconic and popular franchises than Among Us. And with Among Us' popularity on the decline it would be unlikely for Among Us to show up even as a mii costume.
