Reminder: Failure to speak against someone who claims to represent your views is no different than actively accepting those views. If the silent majority doesn't counteract the vocal minority, then they have, by defacto, agreed to those extremist views.

They're probably busy dealing with left-wing extremists (which do exist). I think that's the social gridlock we're in. No one is really focused on trying to speak about their values because there's always someone ready to tear them down. Is that what we've become?

Yes, left-wing extremists do exist... but they don't run the DNC or drown out the level-headed liberals and progressives. If we transplanted the Democratic party into any other western industrialized country, they would be considered right-wing. Honestly, the problem is that we have one party that's gone completely off the rails and another party that doesn't have enough of a spine to play as dirty as the other party...
