Because for one thing most of the content is unoriginal, and is random hand movements that are supposed to count as "talent". Also, tiktok steals more info than google or facebook. That is REALLY bad.

not everything on tiktok is bad, however most people see it that way. im pretty sure the initial reason why tiktok is so hated is bc of how some tiktokers once bought up a bunch of tickets to a trump rally so none of trump's simps could attend (at least, that's the reason why trump wanted it banned) and once the hype over that died down, people came up with new ways to hage tiktok. i would just like more people to see that tiktok isn't as bad as everyone thinks it is. the phrase "you need therapy" was a (ig the correct word is metaphor question mark?) of saying that not everything on tiktok is as bad as it seems

Well of course not EVERYTHING is bad on tiktok. Some of the content is funny, and it's not all cringe. But i think that all of the bad outweighs the good. There are way more bad things on tiktok than good things. You cant say that something is good just from ONE good thing about it out of hundreds of bad tings.

im not really in the best of moods of this debate. i used to be neutral-leaning, however once i downloaded the application for myself, i realized: "there's nothing wrong with this" so i progressively moved farther over to tiktok. im just gonna say this: i dont want to be like this anymore. i want to be

i've yet to see evidence of tiktok stealing your info and submitting it to china. there's a smol possibility that that is the case, but i've yet to see evidence of it. i respect your opinion, however for an opinion to be cared about and not overlooked, there needs to be evidence
