SCP-4648; Keter; SCP 4648 must be subdued on sight or contained in a
standard humanoid containment cell. It must be given 1 D Class to kill every 2 hours. SCP-4648, or Tricky the Clown, is a humanoid creature that wields a traffic sign as its main weapon. Its hands do not appear to be attached to anything such as an arm or similar appendage. The creature has red hair that resembles a pair of horns on the sides of its head.
It can summon red text that says random words. It has poor grammar and sometimes poor spelling.
Under its mask, it has markings that resemble the addition symbol and a large mouth full of sharp teeth.
It is extremely hostile and enjoys slaughtering people in many different ways. It has the ability to bring organic beings back from death. The creature is very agile, making it almost impossible to capture, making a containment breach extremely dangerous. It can shapeshift into a skeletal version of itself, except it has eye sockets and to face cross, and a similar form, but it has flesh and skin on its body and hands, and in both forms, the hair is made of white fire.
