What about Yume?

I need a description of the OC's powers to determine if they meet the criteria.

Yume is a Crystal Beast, a rare type of animal that used to be somewhat uncommon but was poached almost to extinction. Crystal beasts were hunted for the crystals they had, which were very durable and used as armor for the elite and wealthy, but the Crystal beasts were also hunted for the powers they contained, some of which were very powerful. An interesting ability in her water manipulation skills, if Yume mixes her own blood with a body of water, the water can become 'alive' people trapped in the live water usually can't get out unless Yume wishes it or she is knocked unconscious, so the unfortunate trapped usually drown. Yume rarely uses this ability due to her moral compass. Yume is one of the more powerful crystal beasts: some of her powers include control of water and electricity, two powers she has honed to great skill. Yume can also manipulate metal, it works to a good degree but is more of an accenting ability. The power on which she gained her name, however, is to see and manipulate someone's memories and dreams, though Yume does this rarely due to her morals. Yume is also able to manipulate the crystals on her body, though this is a skill she isn't great at and she uses it as a last resort. summer can become Invisible. can change into anyone. mega heal which can heal all wounds but she can only use it once. can haunt (give hallucination). can stop time for some time.

Does her changing into someone just change her appearance, or does it give her their powers?

*ahem* this one is a doozy to explain.
Andy has Fire powers. He can use them to create weapons such as Swords, knives, Axes, and whatnot. He can control things like Lava, magma. He has insane physical strength, like he can punch a star like the sun in half, and he can boost his already monstrous strength in a few ways. He has the ability to create barriers out of flame, and absorb flames of anyone. He has a power-up form where he cloaks himself in fire, which exponentially increases his strength and firepower. He can move insanely high speeds, and has insanely high reaction speeds. When the situation calls for it, he can tap further into the fire cloak ability, where it boosts his powers even further. When situations are majorly dire, his power goes up exponentially higher. He can also attach these strings of fire on you, which he can use to control you, or rip you apart. He can control fire of any sort, so if someone were to be completely made of fire, they'd almost instantly die to Andy. He can also create clones of himself, and uses a technique where attacks go through them, but can only be used 2 times in a row in succession. He's basically a god tier level dude, with Universal levels of power, insanely high defense and speed, and all that.

...yeah, that's just a 𝘣𝘪𝘵 way too OP.

Didn't you say the Armageddon king is stronger than goku?

I mean, at his full power the Armageddon King can reset existence, so yes.
But your OC seems to pretty much just be 'I have half a dozen different ways to exponentially increase my power and I could use them all at the same time to become stronger than the gods'.

I need a description of Carlos and their powers to determine if they qualify as too powerful for this RP.

They are not powerful enough to kill gods, but for some reason he can kill things that do kill gods. He has 3 eyes, his right eye being alive. He has black bat wings, orange crab arms on his shoulders, white moth antenna, a black scorpion tail, a spiked tongue which can turn into a hollow proboscis to drink fluids, ports in his throat that have hands and tentacles, is face can split open like a demogorgon or turn into a void of teeth, he can summon anomaly blasters and giant lime hands. anomaly blasters are just lime colored gaster blasters with moth antenna that shoot green homing energy balls, same with the giant hands. this took a few minutes to type

Hmm.
Well it definitely meets the criteria, though it's a bit... disturbing.
