Actually, no it's not. It's about the same. With a TL, there's a couple small holes made and the tubes are cut and cauterized. With a vascectomy, a few holes are made and the tubes are pulled out, cut and cauterized. Both are outpatient procedures, and both patients are put under for it. I'm not saying that it's only the woman's fault, you however are leaning towards only the men are at fault and therefore only men should have a procedure done. That being said, would you argue that men should have a say in whether or not an abortion should be performed?
