PC in the past; PC now; I have a CPU of 100 Mhz and 4 Mb of ram i can run megadrive emulators,snes emulators,n64 emulators and ps1 emulator without problems; I have more power then you can imagine,i am unable to run snes emulators,you can't run n64 emulators or i will crash,and the ps1 emulators run slow.
