So, I have seen that many people on this stream have been posting stories about how they found out that LGBT+ people exist.
Well, here's my story:
I was 5 or 6 when I was playing with my older sister (let's call her N from now on) and I wanted to kiss her. In our family, kissing is totally normal and itsn't seen as "weird" or anything when we kiss each other. She said she didn't want that anyone would think we are lesbians. (later she came out as lesbian and now I'm next) I asked her what is a lesbian and she said "a girl who likes girls". I was like oh okay. It didn't feel weird or anything, I was just a little confused.
Then I didn't think about LGBT+ at all, but in the Chirstmas (my family is atheist but we still have Chirstmas and Easter and stuff idk why lol) in 2019 or 2018, my another sister (let's call her E from now on) came out as lesbian. Few months later N came out as lesbian.
When I started figuring out what "lesbian" or "gay" meant and what's the purpose of rainbow flags, I was like, maybe I'm an ally.
In late 2020, October or November, I was scrolling Wikipedia and found some sexual and romantic orientations. I identified as aroace until January, when I found this stream and people helped me to find my own sexuality. Then I identified as lesbian.
