There are none even remotely comparable to the US and it's only US regime change propaganda making the claim that countries like Russia and China are imperialist. Even the invasion of the Crimean peninsula by Russia was after there was a referendum with 83% participation where 97% of the voters voted to join Russia. The rest of the baddies are the US' flunkies (France, England, Canada, Germany, etc etc etc).

You posted a link to a book review. What is this supposed to prove? China has not been under a single coherent government for the last 100 years. The very premise is faulty. How could it have any coherent geopolitical goals when its government changed so drastically after WWII?
