According to my understanding of things, all bans here issued by a president expire after they leave. Kylie was allowed to come back when LaChancla was elected.

It's not Congress' fault they weren't given the power to actually do anything.

They did the other two times. I’m fairly certain that if they wanted to pass bills that benefited the whole of the stream, and didn’t infringe on our rights or have no meaning, they could. Scar only shot it down because he should be the only one who can ban users 🤡
