aww, that's sad. at least roblox moderators know what crime you committed, sockpuppetry, which is the act of creating accounts just to circumvent a ban. Sockpuppetry can have various consequences, and if you sockpuppet too much, they might disable account creation on your IP address. IP Range Bans do exist, and they block multiple IP addresses. Fortunately and unfortunately, ROBLOX has not given anybody IP Range Bans, which would have been an excellent final step if the user keeps on bulk purchasing ISPs or uses a Virtual Private Network to repeat the same behavior.
And yes, you can appeal to ROBLOX, stating why you were innocent. ROBLOX Staff are docile creatures ( they are error-prone and may trigger an unwanted ban wave ), but they usually will unban your account.
