Well ya see, the ship's not gonna be EXACTLY the same
It'll have modernized safety features, a sufficient number of lifeboats, and better bulkheads so that not all the compartments would flood in case of a breach. Not to mention, the steel that gets used will be wayyyyyyyyy better quality than the original.
At least I hope....
