You do know that people will eventually start to spam imgflip, therefore the utopian stream you envisioned will rapidly degrade in social status to an dystopian stream, where most of the memes posted here are trash. Imgflip moderators, preserving the utopian state would most likely and rapidly revert back to the classic 2 submissions per day limit.

i thought imgflip has to accept every meme on the fun stream that was submitted
