What you interpret as moving goal posts is actually you trying to evade from the fact this was Murder no matter how you slice it, in your attempt to justify it with "But a bunch of other interactions end peacefully every year" as if to infer that these that did not don't matter because a majority went ok so it's allowed.
This is exactly the kind of behavior that puts us all in danger of being victims. But Especially if you're a minority.

But all these recent cases caught on camera were straight up Murder regardless of their record.
How do you justify choking a man to death because he was selling cigarettes without a license?
How do you justify a knee on the neck while handcuffed?
How do you justify shooting someone in the back who's running away from you, all because you don't feel like running after him?
How do you justify shooting someone because he tells you that he has a legal firearm in his car?
How do you justify shooting someone 7 times in the back when you have 3 cops within arms reach able to just grab him from behind and toss him to the ground and cuff him?
