this wouldn't be possible since once when SCP-049 was taken into containment in some site (don't remember the name) he remarked at how clean and pestilence free it is. Also, he only deems certain individuals as infected. Also Also he deems some animals as "with the pestilence" (read that somewhere I don't think its true)

SCP-049 is located on site 19. As well as SCP-173 and SCP-096. Site 19 must be absolute hell when containment breach.
