So...google it and let us know who YOU are talking about. It is YOUR assertion, YOU back it up with some facts.
The only cop I can ever recall who went on a rampage was Chris Dorner and he killed 4 people, and his victims were cops and family members. That was in 2013 in San Bernardino.
BTW...he is now taking a dirt nap. Justice served.
