I remember my forgotten friends do they think of me

It's 1914, most of the soldiers are teens
Christmas just arrived, what a wonderful time

as the souls of the dead fill the space in my mind
I will not sleep until peace I can find

Gunfire everywhere, danger is here
I wish to go home, but I can't as this is my home

retreat? hell we just got here
