Seriously tho, whenever I go to McDonald's regardless of what time it is, the ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. They should give each location two ice cream machines that clean at different times so that one will always be running, and that way the lazy workers won't have any excuse to not give their customers the ice cream and milkshakes that they ordered.
