If he is given a tool or a weapon and price stated in US dollars, it would 're-forge' the weapon and depending on its mental state, a bad or worse 'upgrade'. Because of this shity function it has, it is dubbed the Goblin Tinkerer or 'Nort' after the Terraria NPC. During interrogation for where it came from, it claims to be in a similar room in the on it was contained in, 'A few minutes I was there, and then I just poofed into a forest'. It was later discovered it was an NPC in a person's game,[REDACTED].
