At some point the people on the left should realize that the word "alt" and abbreviation for "alternate". That means the "alt-right" is the alternate right or in other words the left. What is the alternative to the right? The left.

What the left is doing by referring to us as "alt" or "alt-right" is actually calling us "liberals" or "leftists" or "Socialists" or "Marxists". The alt-right (that existed for about 5 minutes) was never conservative.

Perhaps they are neither right or left but something else. I don't know. All I know is that they are not conservative. A conservative is some who wants a small and limited government, low or no taxes. We want the government to live within its means and stop being a burden on the citizens. And we want to live our lives the best way we see fit. That pretty much sums us up.

The Alt-Right is something else. They don't share those goals neither does the left.

The left thinks they know better how we should live our lives. They think we all need to believe exactly as they do or we should be cast out of society. They do not care about liberty or freedom. The Constitution is a major obstacle to everything they want unless they can distort its meanings to get what they want.

I have no clue what the alt-right think but alt definitely does mean alternate. Perhaps they are the Nazis that your side keeps accusing us of being. But if they were Nazis they would be back on the left because Nazis were Socialists and Socialism has always been on the left.
