Let me get this straight... you're accusing Fauci - a world reknown physican, scientist & immunologist - with over 50 years in the medical profession & someone that's served as an advisor to EVERY presidental administration since Reagan as being a political hack? Apparently you don't even know what that term means.

A "political hack" is a person who is part of a political party's apparatus and tends to act out of self serving social, economic and/or political self interests for themselves and/or their party rather than upholding any moral or ethical conviction to do what is actually right. Rand Paul could legitimately be categorized as such but not Fauci.

Is it possible your opinion about him is based primarily on information gained via Trump, GOP politicians, Fox and other right wing media outlets, and/or even various social media sites without ever questioning the veracity of what you're being told or even conducting any independent in-depth research as to the facts presented yourself?

Is it also possible that you are still relatively young - say <35 years of age - and still hold idealistic thoughts and opinions of how the world should operate versus how it actually does while also possessing no actual educational training nor direct experience with regards to the latter?

Seems to me your complaint about Fauci never touching a patient for 45 years is akin to expecting a child to forever remain at a certain level of educational development while never progressing. Has it never occured to you that in order to achieve expertise in any given specialisation that one has to advance beyond their prior duties and experiences?

I know all about the Wuhan lab and both his and the US government's ties to such for years. What you, apparently, have never been educated on is the fact that the US not only has domestic responsibilites to its own citizens but further, has multiple obligations internationally due to treaties, trade deals, and international coalitions its signed onto to advance certain global initiatives.

Given that Covid is a novel - meaning entirely new and previously unexperienced - virus, it's not unusual for authoritities to make certain assessments at any given point and then later change and/or modify their recommendations given future updates of information. But you would know had you ever studied history, which apparently you have not.

When I read things such as this, I'm reminded of an old adage... "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" as it causes people to believe they're far more educated and informed than they actually are.

Do you have any idea how many different strains of coronaviruses have existed over the past few decades - some more infectious and deadly than others - or the fact that multiple patents year after year are registered for various means and methods for combatting such, and that Covid-19 is not in fact a facsimile to SARS?

Yeah, like I'm really going to believe what "Wuhan Demic" posts as being a trustworthy source of information without researching facts for myself, even given what appears to most to be a presumably legitimate link to a trustworthy source. Believe it or not, I actually know where you're coming from and it's good to be sceptical but it's also wise to be educated on global history so that you know we are NOT experiencing some unprecedented event.

Plagues and viruses have repeatedly afflicted this planet for centuries, wiping out tens of millions lives globally, the last major one occuring between 1918-1920 (not 1917 as Trump always tends to proclaim) that resulted in 50-100 million deaths globally.

While I acknowledge and accept you truly believe the CDC admits that "96% of deaths attributed to Covid-19 were deaths from other causes" that is not in fact the case. The reality is, new protocals were established a year ago on deaths certificates to ascertain both the primary and contributing factors of death, Covid being just one of them.

Is it really inconceivable to you that the medical establishment would not only want to track such to advance their existing knowledge of communicable diseases but further, also want to update established protocals on how to deal with such, particularly with those already possessing ill health and/or a compromised immune system, in the future?
