Okay
If mass is stored energy, it could be a stable compression of space. Moving energy such as light or any forces could be moving waves of space. Time could be the constant up-down motion of all of space. When it's compressed, it would take longer for the movement to propagate through it, since it has to go through more space. As it becomes more or less compressed, it takes on different shapes, which propagate all types of waves differently. As space pulses around each "particle," which is just a very compressed bit of space, the difference in their speed makes a series of waves. These waves, each with different frequencies and patterns, caused by the shape of each particle, can interfere as they propagate through space. This interference would be a force. The shape of each particle and it's wave shape at each frequency describes it's charge. A constructive interference by two thing with the same charge would push each bit away, while a destructive interference leaves space for it to be pushed into.
