No don't make bedrock armor, besides if bedrock armor existed, it would require going to the lowest part of the world, and if you mine bedrock, the bedrock might fall to the bottom of the void, or if you stand while mining it you WILL fall to the bottom of the void. (sry if that was a lecture for u, just wanted to make a clear point)

even if Mojang did make bedrock armour, it'll be impossible to mine bedrock to make the armour :/
